Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be approved at the sole discretion of NyxByte Technologies. If a refund is approved, the following deductions will be applied:

• Expenses Incurred: All expenses incurred by NyxByte Technologies on behalf of the client, such as domain purchases, software licenses, and other third-party fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Service Hours: The value of any service hours already rendered will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount.
